It is with great sadness that we inform you that Mr. Petar Studen (1940 -2025), one of the founders of STUDEN&CO Holding, advisor to the Management Board and father of the President and Vice President of the Management Board of STUDEN&CO Holding Ilija and Saša Studen, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Mr. Petar Studen gave unreserved support in building our business system. He was a visionary and business strategist. During his decades-long professional career, he built numerous companies in the former Yugoslavia. His ability to identify development opportunities has made him one of the most responsible for our growth and success.
Although he enjoyed the status of one of the most influential businessmen in the Balkans, Mr. Petar Studen stayed humble, a family man who was devoted to the well-being of his wife, sons, grandchildren, and the whole family until the very end.
